Figures. It's why I have avoided the sequel.I tend to avoid animated sequels, I know I don't have to explain you folk why that is.Vanellope is a wonderful character in the original WiR. She's quirky but not annoying, and also damn sexy.
>>156186869She would've been 10x better if they replaced her character with an adult female love interest for Ralph, in fact, ALL of the story would've been instantly improved feel 10x more impactful this way. They didn't because this movie marked the ground zero for Disney's extensive extermination of any and all romance in their movies moving forward. But to not drag the audience down too hard with the shift, they conceded in putting a rushed and undercooked romance sideplot between two background characters that don't matter and don't have any major role in the story aside being disposable plot devices to not scare away the female audience too much.Wreck it Ralph is Disney's biggest wasted potential and I'm tired of pretending it's not.
>>156189898I never thought about giving Ralph an actual love interest. Wonder what game archetype would play well off him
