The setting that character originates from. Magic/High Science settings are much better than just modern world etc because its much easier to make TF lore friendly. Thats why Touhou, Fate, etc is great source for characters for that.2. Character design - some designs are simply better for transformations that other. In general the more unique character the more interesting the onahole. There are characters that even heavily transformed are still instantly recognizable. On the other hand there are characters where design is so generic its hard to make transformation stand out.Also no wings/tails/non-human body since that is either lost in transformation or makes onahole look unhandy.3. Just how well character herself interacts with onahole transformation. Is degradation especially bad for them? Did they had it coming? Is it fitting bad end for them? Stuff like that.....and then there are characters where its just "fuck it she would make amazing onahole".
