One editing pass, then this will all be considered Locked In, and we move on.It's closest to CoC & Flexible Survival with the open world cheats enabled, but will still be pretty different. All content is available from the start. Designed for short game runs and long term replayability, instead of a long chain of linear gated content.
Played a game a while ago and I've forgotten what it was called and can't find it on my PC. It was japanese (ofc) and very futa focused, the MC was a futa with a gun and sword and it was kind of a side scroller where you fought various types of futa, initially people, then different humanoids, and there were boss stages against giants. Anybody else played 'Post Nut Calamity'? It's a class based, arcade-style maze game, where you run through two floors of procedurally generated dungeon. It's got a first person, and nice diorama sex sprites, in addition to the game over sex scenes, which make the game feel more immersive. It's anthro/monstergirl focused, so be warned.

It is very disappointing.With its extreme level of abstraction on the tilesets, the devs don't have to worry about drawing/buying/looking for/editing tilesets nor give undue attention to visual design when creating maps. Such a game design choice should allow creating a lot of content focused on the important bits. You would expect the world to be huge and the maps be focused on gameplay rather than visuals, but no. The game world is only about 500 map files and it feels small as well. Even the world map is just a menu with a handful of items. Gameplay-wise the maps are used in a fairly standard way. There are some good uses of RPGmaker map looping but nothing spectacular. Map geometries and connections are uninspired. Interactive content within them minimal. Combat is mainly random encounter slop. On top of all that, development is still just as slow as in games with much more detailed maps.Lust Doll's approach COULD work well. But Lust Doll doesn't.

I guess there's a question of "does the combat benefit the narrative/add anything to the game" is a question, and perhaps it does once your MC gets further along. I liked that there were a lot of reactions from characters to little things, though a number of NPCs have no dialogue and there are a fair few grammar errors and spelling errors. This is more personal preference but I do like how the costumes and whatnot have an effect on the character, and will assumedly have dialogue consequences later on. One thing I really liked with MagiCamp was that a lot of the "curses" or loss things you suffered from bosses or certain decisions weren't just negative, but strengthened other aspects so you kinda had a "well I want to get more powerful but don't want to grow breasts/become more feminine.", to some extent.Game shows a good bit of promise, hopefully you can tighten up the scope/purpose of the game and make a gem!

Novapixels is pretty good. it does pixels at 8x, so you scale down 0.125, but combined with a pixel art lora it will be crisp and won't need much cleanup. This will handle your icons and character stuff as long as you're remembering the 8x rule. For example, to generate four 32x32 icons, set up a 2x2 grid of roughly-drawn icons on a 1024 img2img input. Similar trick for characters, but you'll need to highres upscale to get anything larger than 128 pixels. Work in controlnets to preserve pose for characters or outfits. You can mix in your own loras for OCs. This process is good for character faces, icons, battle sprites and background scenery objects. Unfortunately I haven't figured out a way to use it for tiles. Autotilessheets need to be seamless. I've wanted to make a lewd game for a while and I'd like it to run in a browser but writing everything on my own would be a lot of work for something I have no intention of profiting from or using as a resume builder.I'd like to make a bondage-based game with a focus on being the sub. Kinky Dungeon is nice but it's very broad and I think I'd like something that appeals to my particular interests more. Also, I feel like a lot of h-games are in this sort of gulf where they spend a lot of time on art assets but it's not enough to really add a whole lot. Outside of dedicated h-scenes I think I'd prefer a well developed written scene that goes somewhere compared to a paper doll showing you captured plus an event log that says "the x does y to your z (999x)". I'd also like to contrive some kind of "life after capture" system, which KD doesn't have a lot of ATM. Something like being turned into a drone and forced to subject others to the same fate, or being a servant forced to serve your captors, or even being toyed with in a variety of ways that KD doesn't really represent, you're mostly just left alone in your cage or cell or padded box/slime cube/magic crystal lust prison/whatever at worst.A truly text based experience can add much more content in much less time, which is why I think a lot of h-games with staying power like free cities, CoC or Flexible Survival are pretty light on art assets.

Can anyone recommend a good grounded ryona/guro ge? It seems like most of what we get is the Blue Diode style, pretty over-the-top and borderline comical. I've always preferred the more "realistic" scale and perspective, rather than chopping off a limb, the protag screaming, and then moving on from the game over. They're all made with female characters in mind. You can make her a futa, but with a male, you'd have a harder time. Assuming you already have body type, clothes, animations, sexlab, and all the technical things sorted, there is a link to the manual in this thread. You need Devious Devices, which is the main framework for the cursed/bdsm gear. There are a couple of alternatives, but they have no content. There are extensions Unforgiven Devices (for more fun escape minigame) and Devious Devices NG. You can use any of them, but be careful matching their version; otherwise, you get into trouble. You also need Slave Tattoos + Rape Tattoos, many mods use them. Gameplay-like:Devious Lore + Deviously Helpless Redux + Devious Interests: Some mods that make the world react to your loot. Junky and highly optional. Sanguine Debauchery: You get enslaved by a random enemy. Then you get into a generic loop of serving them. Very dry, tedious, and repetitive, also junky. You need to have a unique mindset to enjoy it. Cursed Loot: Popular for some reason, maybe because it was the first mod of this kind. It tries to be multiple things at the same time and is kind of bad at all of them. As I mentioned, it has an OK'ish main quest, but don't actually use it for cursed loot. Breaks you saves.Deviously Enchanted Chests + Devious Mimic Clothing: use this, self explanatory. Devious Curses: Does something similar, but I didn't test it.

There are quest intros for Whiterun and Solitude. Supposed to be one for Windhelm, but I couldn't start it. Devious Arachnophobia: allows spiders to bind you. Very junky. Avoid.Devious Heatrise: mod for Frostfall, allows you to equip plugs to make yourself warm. There is a training quest, I ended up dying all the time, but I didn't spend too much time with it. I'm sure it's possible to complete. Devious Training: Transforms your body based on the gear you're wearing. I didn't play it. Curse of Life: get pregnant with eggs -> pop them out. Not really my thing. Skyrim Chain Beasts: adds mimic enemies that can put you in chains and lock your loot. Fun idea, but unfortunately very bugged. Joyful followers: Attempt to turn followers into kinky LI, too little content, no point to use.

I couldn't pass 2nd because of bugged item; the 1st one and setup for the 2nd were super hot. Probably the best written quest out there. The Forbidden Tome: Can get tedious if you're unlucky with random container searches, but overall it's a fun short quest. Troubles of Heroine: Adds some lewd interactions to the world. Worth mentioning, because the writing is so bad it's actually hard to believe a man could write it. It's the worst dialogue I've seen, and I've seen a lot. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to cringe for some reason. Ebonitium: Didn't play it, from my understanding, there is no actual content besides costumes. From the deeps: Looks promising, but didn't play it. Laura's Bondage Shop: a good quest and a shop for more consensual use of DD. Simple Slavery++: An auction that sells you into slavery managed by other modes.

Devious Followers will ask you for payment, and will increase it until you can't repay them. At this point, they will enforce some devices, humiliating rules, take control over your gold, and finally, they will officially enslave you. There when Lola can start. Your follower will train you, punish you for disobedience, harming them during the combat and many more. It's immersive, non-intrusive, and if you don't overindulge in other mods, you can actually beat the game as a slave. Sorry for the long chain.

The fashion mechanics are nice visually but they can be very tedious to use with the default settings, I really recommend changing them unless you like the sound of spending 10 minutes watching your character get a haircut.Bimbos of Skyrim: Obviously, a bimbo mod, and much better at it than Hormones, honestly it's by far the best mod on this list. Both NPCs and the player can get hit with a bimbo curse if they act too much like a slut (with TG for male players) and there's quite a lot of detail put into its mechanics, as well as 4 or 5 different bimbo-themed quest lines of varying length. One of the quests even gives you a follower with surprisingly decent voice acting. Pairs nicely with YPS for extra cosmetic flavour.Swap Timer: Your character will gender and/or raceswap every X days, with options for making the swaps progressively more permanent and things like that. Entirely mechanics, set them up how you want and then roleplay your own narrative for the swaps. Works well but I prefer mods with their own narrative.Being a Cow: Cowgirl TF mod, depending on what options you pick this can range from ears and a tail to full on furry or body horror monster, by default it's much closer to the latter though and the mod's narrative is based on that. Pretty brutal and frankly poorly written but I enjoy it on occasion just as something unique.

The elements in Lona that I would want to see more of are relegated to those black and red abstract artpieces, or blackscreen game overs.It does also get points for the other side of realism, the survival elements that make living and getting by more of an actual element to manage for a while - you actually have to consider the immoral-yet-profitable options if you want to make enough for actually expensive items or escaping. Establishing those stakes makes the danger of failure more alluring from a sadistic perspective.I guess I do prefer a style of game that has these ryona/guro aspects as bad ends, since otherwise it's inherently the sort of suffering that the girl could just walk off and move on from.

Make judicious use of development goal rerolling once you've got shit unlocked so that you can just lock some cursed classes in buildings and ignore the town. I'd suggest using the simplified levelling perk but it seems to break development goals completely.
