Do you ever find that a character's design and personality make you think "Yes, this exact type of monster is perfect for devouring her"? For example, this picture is great for imagining that, after their defeat, each heroine was devoured by her respective monster. I can easily imagine Taki being devoured by a snake, and Ivy by a lizardman. Imo, these monsters are a perfect fit for them. Yet, what other monster would suit Sophitia well without repeating the previous ones, I'm not sure. What do you think? In which monster's stomach would Sophitia look right at home?

Exactly. A big appeal of vore is seeing her reactions to being eaten alive, or at least hearing them or them being implied, a la >>11549527.

And it sucks, because what I described there couple actually be really good. She mindlessly walks into her own demise, only regaining her senses when it's too late to save herself. Those fucking Kaa eyes vanish as the snake's open maw looms over her, regaining consciousness just long enough for a "...huh? What's...?! No, NO-" before it closes over her head. That's hot as hell.
And you can make it a kind of power play too. Like, a monster overpowering it's prey is one thing. Maybe she's strong, but it's stronger, so she's food. But what if the monster has some way to just make her strength not matter? It uses hypnosis so she just doesn't resist until it's too late. What's hotter? A girl's hard-earned strength and skill coming up short, or making it so that strength never even mattered? Could she have beaten this predator in a straight fight? We'll never know, because she's already just meat. It's so unfair.

But no. Never does anything like that. Cuz fuck you, I guess.

Do you like the slime as a monster? On the one hand, it's translucent and allows you to position the girl inside it in any pose you can think of. On the other hand, the slime is too impersonal, and there's no sense of weight in its interaction with its prey, unlike with monsters that have flesh and blood.

And speaking of slime being impersonal, Aldrich from Dark Souls 3 is, to some extent, free of this flaw. It's strange that no one has made a series featuring this ugly bastard from the Souls universe, in which he absorbs various female characters from the FromSoftware games. Marika and Gwynevere are the first to come to mind as potential prey, given that they are both goddesses and considering Aldrich's title.

Definitely deserves its place in the fetish and fulfills its own niche.
It's like snakes/worms vs frogs/lizards. I like snakes/worms enough but love frogs/lizards more because I love it when the prey really has to fold in on themselves to fit in the stomach.

The translucent effect of slimes and their ability to get everywhere is great too. Also by far the easiest excuse a pred has to get a female out of her clothes with the acid and everything. I like it when the prey is naked.

Slimes are by far the most versatile pred there is. They can do literally anything you want, slime can take any shape or density, while at the same time there's things only slimes can do.

Excellent animation, and also demonstrates one of those slime-exclusive perks. It's not just the visible yet tasteful digestion, it's the movement. Look at the repeated churning and pumping. Can you tell what that is? It's chewing.
Every other pred has to swallow it's prey whole unless you want to go into extreme guro. Snakes and worms, frogs and lizards, all of them. But slimes can chew AFTER they swallow, and AS they digest. Churning their prey inside their mass, coursing their most intense acids across their skin, dissolving them much faster then if they just sat there and let it happen over time. Picture this; girl gets enveloped in a slime. It sits there mostly motionless as she struggles inside, before suddenly starts moving like >>11551253. Her own movements suddenly get much more erratic as she's moved by the slime, then frantic as she opens her mouth to scream, start to see some slight burns and dissolution around her, then turn down the transparency so you can show her dissolving.
That's what I'm talking about. No other pred can do this. It rules.

The slime cums slime, obviously. The slime's acid is so weak that it'd take forever to digest her from the outside alone, so this slime-rape is actually to fill her up with acid and melt her alive from both inside and out at once. This is excruciatingly painful, but again, the slime's weak, so it's going to take days, weeks to dissolve her. And if that wasn't bad enough, in order to prevent decay over it's long digestion process, the slime's going to keep her alive for as much of that time as it can. The slime forcing it's way down her throat is keeping her from suffocating, barely, and the slime even has limited healing properties.
The prey is a wizard or something, someone smart, so she's able to figure this out during the post-nut clarity of her third orgasm or so. She struggles anew, but it's just as useless as when she was first devoured.

I love it when the snake, or whatever pred really, opens it's mouth right in front of it's restraint prey. Look where you're going! If there was any doubt or denial left in Alice over what was going to happen now it's staring her right in the face, and she can't do anything to stop it.

I love flailing feet sliding into a maw. It's not going to make a difference, but it's the last indicator of life from the pred. She's not going to die instantly once she's swallowed or anything, she'll suffer and stew for a time, but once those feet vanish it'll be like she's already gone.

I love the shot of the...uh, things on her fingers. I don't know what they're called. Something to do with thread, she's a puppeteer and seamstress.
And a damn good one too. She worked long and hard to gain that famed skill. Everyone knew her for it. She ended up being pretty powerful too, she's a witch too, fights with puppets and dolls and stuff. Alice Margatroid, the Seven-Colored Puppeteer!
It made absolutely no difference at all in the end. Her hard-earned strength and skill proved useless when she needed it the most. It all ended up not meaning a thing, vanishing into this snake with the rest of her, her entire life made secondary to being food for the beast.

I also like it when a piece of clothing remains from a digested girl, especially if it's unique and makes it easy to recognise who the monster's prey was. It's especially hot when the monster, as a symbolic gesture, unceremoniously spits out this piece of clothing whilst the girl is still languishing inside. It's as though it's not only stripping her of everything that might hinder digestion but also taking away the last remnants of who she was out there in the outside world (a world she'll never see again) before consigning her to a digestive fate.

At least if by non-standard monster we mean not some hideous furry, but, for example, a mixture of slime and an eldritch abomination, like in this picture. That said, despite the novelty factor of such monsters, the snake will always remain my favourite classic.

When entering attics and basements, remember to check for barnacles.
Many people end up disappearing this way every year.
Some lucky ones are rescued while squirming inside the creatures, most others end up lifeless, churning bulges, their cleaned skeletons simply dumped on the ground, after their bodies were slowly digested into nutrient slurry and absorbed...if their remains are even found at all.

I don't know if you'll like my idea, or maybe it's too complex for a first attempt at a vore drawing on your own, but I'll give it a try.
Basically, it's a 2koma where, in the first panel, Mila from Fire Emblem (naked but adorned with jewelry) is riding a dragon's tongue, and in the second panel, Mila is masturbating in a feet-up position, half-submerged in gastric juice, with droplets pouring down on her from above. You could add a final mini-panel where her circlet lies on the ground, covered in traces of gastric juice.
I've always thought the idea of a so-called Divine Dragon voluntarily giving herself to a regular feral dragon is hot. And among the dragon girls in this series, Mila has the most interesting design with her monster girl elements - wing-like hair, a tail, a horn, and sharp, long nails on her hands and feet. Who wouldn't want to see a monster girl as prey? Especially one with so little content.

Well, yeah, the angles and poses in my request can indeed be a bit tricky. If I were practicing drawing vore art, I'd probably start with snakes viewed from above. That would let me work on my drawing technique without having to spend too much effort on the prey's pose.
I also decided to post my request on d/rawthread, in case an artist who draws more than just futanari and similar stuff comes across it there. Though, for d/rawthread, that's a rare occurrence.

August 8th is coming up soon - also known as "Vore Day" (because of the pun in English?).
So I'm curious how much new content will be posted dedicated to this date. Probably not much, because it seems to me that creature vore content is becoming less and less common with each passing year. Am I the only one who feels this way? If not, what caused this drought? Perhaps it's because the rising cost of living leaves less and less time for drawing degenerate pictures, or money to commission them. Maybe AI image generation has also played a role (though I still haven't come across a LORA/checkpoint model that can generate snakes with a cut-away view consistently and correctly). In any case, new (at least in this genre) artists like this >>11556694 one are a pleasant surprise amid all this. And the return of artists who had once disappeared, like LinArt.

I have read a theory that monster vore is a person's first exposure to vore and from there they find their favorite niche. I think there is some substace to that claim… 20 years ago. Now, how many monster vore do you see in modern media? Maybe is tv and cartoons slowly dissapearing. Maybe artists are more aware of the fetish so if a character is going to get eaten, the creators are less inclined to make any "hot" soft vore, instead making it hard vore (look at new gamma hunter for example). There is also the damsel in distress genre that was related to monster vore and completely dissapeared.

So from unpopular compared to the other vore types but being an entry point, now it is just plain unpopular

Ludokino is coming soon. Most likely, this bilizi's animation will become for us what howlsfm's animation with Marika became - the absolute pinnacle of its genre, unsurpassed to this day. Especially considering how few creature vore animations there are.

What I meant was that just as howlsfm's animation was so good (to the point that even I, who aren't into that sort of thing, would love to be in the guy's shoes in that video) in the femdom genre that it even created a trend for 2.5-meter tall Marika in other animations, so too will the upcoming bilizi's animation be just as good and significant for our vore genre.
