How different would it be to run a human milk farm as opposed to cows or goats? Would milking a woman require different techniques than milking a cow?

So unless someone manages to domesticate women into obedient cattle that allow you to milk them freely you'll have to resort to a lot of restraining and subduing to reduce their stress levels as much as possible (stress affects milk production and quality). As for actually milking the women it will probably use some kind of modified breast pump for industrial scale milking to fit the breasts anatomy. By hand you knead the tits to get the milk to flow into the ducts and then squeeze like you would any other mammal.
