This shit looks insane. Almost $10k is too much for me, seems more suitable for business use, but in 5-10 years it may be a different story.
>>
when the chinks clone it without safety and filtration
>>
Chinese kids are already 3D printing metal rocket motors.
>>
>>2982024
To be fair you can bend a chineseium girder with your bare hands.
>>
>>2981998
That surface finish looks like shit
>>
>>2981998
>3d printed gears
no thanks
>>
>>2984426
good thing that for your typical machine shop, surface finish doesn't matter
>>
i'm still waiting for desktop mills to become good-er
>>
>>2982024
Chinese kids print complex rocket engine nozzles, while Western governments are trying to ban 3D printers because they're so afraid of "ghost guns".
The "Chinese Century" is no longer a meme
>>
>>2982646
At least they're making girders
>>
>>2981998
I would 10-15 years, provided that the world doesn't collapse and the 3D printing industry remains unmolested
>>
>>2984535
newton says no
>>
>>2984620
need to shoot more politicians, shoot them until they understand how guns work
>>
>>2981998
Post regular 3d printer.

ABS with the occasional embedded rod or bracket is good for 90% of applications. I only heard talk of metal printers from people who aren't using what we have now and want an excuse to not learn.
>>
>>2984426
you know when you make raw parts the surface usually looks shitty until you polish or paint them right?
>>
>>2981998
learn to weld
>>
>>2984640
>shoot them until they understand the point of guns
FTFY
>>
>>2981998
Mommy! Daddy bought me a 3d printer for Christmas!!!!! Cough cough cough “inconel dust being coughed up”
>>
>>2981998
The Epstein class is already trying to take away the plastic printing we already have
>>
>>2984646
I remember you, post 3d printer post snap-on tools etc everytime I posted

Then I posted like $12k in printers and tools and you never brought it up again and act like I’m the one who fucked up / was lying

And accuse me of bragging everytime I point you you’re a liar
>>
Can't wait for some fucking faggot youtuber to have 30 minutes rants on videos on how 3d printing is the best thing ever happened to tecnology and blah blah blah ofc sponsored by PCBway, I hope metal 3d printing never gets in the west those fucking people are gonna be so much more annoying just buy a milling machine and a lathe
>>
>>2982646
>To be fair you can bend a chineseium girder with your bare hands.
>>
a 60W diode laser can melt steel together?
>>
>>2984620
>t. chinese propagandist
Unless you guys figure out how to 3D print babies it's not gonna help you much.
>>
There are lots of models that benefit from SLS even if they're still some kind of plastic. Metal would be great but the SLS process enables far more than that.
>>

Anon here, I live in America, I take no joy in our absolute downfall. I wish the Epstein class would just leave our printers alone, but they can't let the non-chosen have home production capabilities.
And tbf, our nativeborn fertility rate isn't good either
>>
>>2984620
The ban is mostly in blue states because China pays them off to do it, plastic is cheap in the US and is a threat to China.
>>
>>2988614
Interesting theory, I haven't seen any proof of that, but I wouldn't be surprised.
>>
>>2981998
shortly before it gets banned because you can manufacture knives, gun parts or 'IP protected' manufacturer's spare parts
>>
They can try blocking and banning homebased metal 3d printers, but we can just use ceramic nozzles and current 3d printer to open source our own

They can try banning the firmware but it's all been reup'd all over the net, and I men people write their own encryption and DGAs now with LLMs so I mean they can fucking try bro but lol

I mean Naval Intelligence wrote Tor, that's on them dude

like a mole hunt dude

Which used to be really fun arcade game they should bring that one back lol
