I have a scalpel that I've been using to cut a layer of skin off my foot. I have to be careful because even messing up a little means ghetes a gash on my foot, and they're pretty annoying.
>>
Dunno wtf you're talking about OP, but I did some foot DIY, did a home surgery to cure an ingrown toenail on my right big toe once.
>>
>>2986048
Is that bare mattress? I forget that the internet is for everyone sometimes.
>>
Yeah, cut out the thick callus skin on the right foot small finger side and cut my nails of course.
>>
>>2986048
I use a razor blade to cut calluses off all the time.
>>
>>2986048
I'm pretty sure they already make tools for that, you just have to swallow your pride and go to the women's section at Target
>>
>>2986078
No target in romania

Don't you lie to me. I've been to Romania. I know they have stones.
>>
>>2986048
Those blades aren't sharp enough to cut thin layers of skin, you need razor blades.
>>
>>2986048
fuck no. I go to a foot specialist.
>>
I just use a pocket knife after a hot shower to loosen up the skin

Or just get a tool made to remove dead skin OP
>>
Get a pumis stone. I used to do what you are doing. I know it's not fun.
>>
>>2986048
This is the kind of stupid shit I visit /diy/ to see!
>>
>>2986048
Why even bother? That isn't enough of a callous to even make a difference. Look at those soft, plump, weak feet...

>>2986216
>Get a pumis stone.

Nah you let the callous get nice an thick then slice it off like a 1/4" thick potato chip. Then chuck it outside so the dog can have a nice rawhide chew.
>>
>>2986048
this image reminds me of the time in which i was removing moldlines from my warnigger 40 million models, dropped the scalpel blade on the floor, scooched my chair back and as my foot slid back the heel of the blade caught on the carpet and fully embedded in my foot to the point where i could barely get my fingers on it to pull it out. all in all the experience hurt a lot less than it would seem, which is hardly at all. for that, i am thankful.

if you're just removing hard skin, get one of those electronic cheese graters. i wear boots with no socks or insole and build up mad callouses on my big toes and they get my toes looking all pretty and suckable again
>>
>>2986387
picrel. electronic cheese grater. anyone suggesting to use a blade is heavily retarded and contributing to your downfall. my callouses get thick enough to where you can rip them off as big as a coin and it still works a treat

Jesus Christ nigga that's some caveman shit. Just sand your feet with a Dremel

I got hand foot and mouth disease from my son a few months back and it did wonders for my skin. Aside from the initial pain, blistering, and peeling, you're left with extremely soft skin after. It even killed my athletes foot completely which I had been fighting for nearly 15 years
>>
I have a pan that I fill with hot water and soak my feet in every few months because I develop horrible calluses. Once they're soft I scrape them with a straight edge knife
>>
>>2986048
get an nicholson 8" wood rasp, thank me later.
>>
Pumice works for me. I removed a planters wart with a lighter and an x-acto knife as a teenager because I didn't know what it was and didn’t want my mother to throw a fit. Don’t do that especially not if you can afford to go to the doctor. But it turned out fine for me
>>
>>2986048
i used to use the serrated blade on this swiss army thing I had to get the hard skin off my feet.
My job is sedentary now though
>>
I use a pair of side cutters for model kits (godhands specifically), and after they dry I place them in a jar.

>>
put your feet in hot water for 30 minutes and then use an orbital sender with medium grit sandpaper like 320 to 600 it doubles as a foot massage since it vibrates you can use a drill too but the spinning is worst for the skin
>>
>>2986049
also had to do this. ended up needing to do epsom salt soaks for weeks to calm the infection down, and make little slices into the cleft of the toe to as much as I could stand, let it heal closed, cut some more

>>
>>2986048
I diy my teeth. I had a tooth that kept bleeding when I brushed my teeth and it pissed me off so I took a kitchen knife with a curved blade and started scraping the tooth at the gum line and some white, hard stuff came off. Hasn't bled since then.
>>
Just Wash your feet every day, so your skin doesn't develop any fungus infection. Your skin serves a purpose to protect your feet, while you walking barefoot.
>>
>>2986091
Oh hush, I've also been to Romania, you can go to the little strip mall and get some from the cosmetics boutique or your local apotheke (or whatever they're called there again, I was living in Germany and that's the name there)

It reminds me of when I went to buddy's house. He worked at a Chinese restaurant and everybody from that restaurant lived in the same rental home. It was a one bedroom home and everyone but the guy who owned the restaurant and his wife slept in the "living room" there was a floor to ceiling stack of twin mattresses in the corner and a stack of blankets and pillows next to it, so those 20+ people just all went to bed at the same time and just covered the floor. Shit was crazy, but the combined rent was like $15 a month per person outside the owner.

I used to have a wart on my foot that I suspect came from the shower in my barracks room at Camp Casey. Every week I shaved the layer of wart that would grow with a razor blade. It kept growing bigger and bigger. Then it started spreading in patches to my toes and further down the sole of my foot so I went and got it frozen. It It was so satisfying and I miss it.

I got HPV from some whore or tranny I fucked, but funny enough it was a single wart dead center at the base of my dick. First time I cut it with a pocket knife, bled like hell, then 1-2 years later it came back, but this time I bought a scalpel blade, still bled like hell for 20 minutes now it's all good again. I tried burning it with apple cider vinegar but I burned the skin on my dick.
>>
I just use the sanding drum on my Dremel. Ezpz. You just have to not sand one spot for too long or it gets hot
>>
>>2986091
They have stuff trust me
>>
I use sandpaper for callouses on hand and feet, 180grit or thereabouts, you can tear off a piece and put it in your travel kit etc and always be able to lower callouses.

I saw a retard on /pol/ talk about how he circumcised himself with a blade like that. Fuckin diabolical work.
This is pretty basic shit, my experience is that it comes back so quick that its not even worth the effort. The feet I mean. Ain't no coming back from that /pol/ xacto circumcision that's fucking retardation. A bottle neck and piano wire were involved too, I remember.

i got some weird toenails with fungus below them, theyre hard to clip so i started dremeling them instead

Buy a Solingen type callus remover you cheap retard, you're literally using an exacto knife meant for arts and crafts and DIY. It's barely more expensive and much, much safer and useful.

Yeah, I cut out a wart from my heel once with a scalpel like this. Didn't help though, same as freezing it out at doctor's office and these weak ass acids from pharmacy. What did help was gradually turning it into plastic with cyanoacrylate (super glue) and cutting out layer by layer over two weeks. They even sell a medical grade version but it's like $1000 a bottle and chemically identical to hardware store one.

My body is a temple and I won't allow any dirty infidel virus to live in it.

Notice that it's laying "skin down" and the part sticking up was actually embedded in the skin. This is how deep these things go into your flesh. No wonder doctors with freeze guns can do jack shit about them.
>>
>>2995468
did this with a much smaller wart on my foot.
cut, glue, go again the next afternoon.
Some 15 years or so ago, no issues.

I had a similar deal, with a small but annoying wart on my meaty part of my palm by my thumb. Double-edge razor blade to cut as much of it out as a I could, but I used one of those cans of duster air turned upside-down to freeze the area afterwards and it worked for me. Took a couple tries though.

>Nail clippers
I used to do this for the callouses on the sides of my big toes. Then I got a nasty paronychia infection. The toes got all swollen and inflamed, oozing blood and pus, and then the nails died, but didn't totally detach on their own. After about 6 rounds of antibiotics, the new nails started growing in under the old ones, which still needed a podiatrist to remove them.

If you're gonna slice your own callouses, make sure to disinfect. Bacteria ain't no joke. Pic related, my feet now. The new nail growth is looking fine, but the stuff near the tips is what was growing out initially. It's been about a year since the infection cleared up.

soak your feet in warm/hot water, with some salt
leave them there for half an hour

get an abrasive stone >>2986098 something from bb&b and if you can't buy one, go to your nearest field and find one, and just scrub off the callosusesesses

beats accidentally cutting too deep and getting an infection your weak white genes can't fight off.

trust, you dont want to get an infection, you be too wite fo dat
