Pumice works for me. I removed a planters wart with a lighter and an x-acto knife as a teenager because I didn't know what it was and didn’t want my mother to throw a fit. Don’t do that especially not if you can afford to go to the doctor. But it turned out fine for me

put your feet in hot water for 30 minutes and then use an orbital sender with medium grit sandpaper like 320 to 600 it doubles as a foot massage since it vibrates you can use a drill too but the spinning is worst for the skin

I use sandpaper for callouses on hand and feet, 180grit or thereabouts, you can tear off a piece and put it in your travel kit etc and always be able to lower callouses.

Yeah, I cut out a wart from my heel once with a scalpel like this. Didn't help though, same as freezing it out at doctor's office and these weak ass acids from pharmacy. What did help was gradually turning it into plastic with cyanoacrylate (super glue) and cutting out layer by layer over two weeks. They even sell a medical grade version but it's like $1000 a bottle and chemically identical to hardware store one.
