You're better off doing sewer relines for residential. You can charge 12-16k per client. Just need a mini ex and a lumpkin to go in the hole you dig. It's super easy work, just a big gross because they will shit on you without fail.
Best way to clear a fresh plot of raw land on a low budget? What about a medium budget if it takes most of the work out?
