How hard would it be to make this respirator at home for someone who has no expirience at making stuff. If I find 10 free days could I do it in that time frame?
If it takes you 10 days to attach some surgical tubing to some PVC, get your husband to do it for you

>>2992429the reason why you are getting abuse is that almost everything you need to build that is shown in the picture. the parts mostly don't matter. the only thing not obvious is the one way respirator valves for exhaled breath. I might not be able to build something that is EXACTLY like that but I can bang something out that would work. I even have a ton of the respirator valves. I bought them during covid.but really what is the point of that thing. it's an over engineered dust mask. a paint respirator would work better and be less trouble to use.sometimes DIYing something is dumb.but because you are asking how to do it shows that you are dumb. because if that is a product you buy it will be faster and cheaper to buy it than make. if it is a DIY thing then follow the instructions on the site to build it.asking here shows no initiative and a lack of ability that asking how to do it will not fix.

cool pic,respirator, tech was well documented during covid, there is a diy oxygen concentrator, OxiKit, running the gas through water will moisten and cool the air before inhalation.
