how about explosives to improve "Perk" for Septic System install?Been watching this guy's videos about problems with land for sale and lack of good Perk for Septic due to layer of rocks, clay, etc seems to come up often.How about drilling down a 100ft maybe 100ft square and dropping some TNT to "frack" the rock or clay so it will open some passages to ground water? :)
