I just need somewhere to store some stuff, vinegar, baking soda, canned food, etc. it doesn't have to be huge but it shouldn't be tiny, I can spend maybe $200 or so but I don't know what to get and I've never used Temu before
You get what you pay for. I wouldn't advise putting food in one at all unless you pay for a really good wood shed (thousands) due to risk of things like mice / racoons / or even potentially bears depending on location. Also plastic sheds are extremely easy to rob if you are in a place where that might happen. Make sure the spot is level or the doors will pinch.
>>2995009>Baking soda Good thing you thought about that because no that makes it a bad idea. Nothing that needs steady temperatures and dry conditions should be stored in that.
>>2995009>vinegar, baking sodaYou gonna store these together? Your little plastic shed is gonna blow up!
>>2995280Yeah I'm building a 10x10 shed and a 10x20 shed. My mom has just been going to a food bank a lot and picking up dry goods and I am currently in a camper with no space so a plastic shed would be an easy solution but I think a total of 300sqft might be enough storage, though I'd prefer not to crammed together with a bunch of food.>>2995306I just create my own cleaning materials with alcohol, baking soda, vinegar, etc. I want to fully stock up with my EBT card and never have to leave my land for like 10 years while I finish my game.
order the shed.vikings and japs had rat problems; food storage sheds were on raised platform, japs also used rice as a desiccant to store food. you will want an overhang to prevent climbing creatures, i recommend building a deck and painting it with the cheapest paint you can find. three steps is comfortable, something about same foot leaves the ground as enters the building, a comfortable step has a rise + run = 15 inches.
