anyone make their own laundry soap?how would i liquify this recipe?just add a bit of water? or?
They make laundry powder, it liquefies when the water in the washer hits it
>>2995401its suboptimal for the plumbing though
>>2995401This.>>2995396Liquid detergent is fuckass bullshit. You don't have a mixer powerful enough to make it and the economics only start to make sense at larger scales
>>2995409No I mean like for your homemade powder. Also, it being liquid before being added isn't going to make a difference to your pipes
>>2995415it makes a difference if it doesnt fully dissolve
>>2995396You don't need the bar of soap. Just the washing soda and borax (maybe oxiclean). The bar soap is just for scent.
>>2995396No, I buy 5 gallons of concentrated laundry soap for $30 from the local returns/bulk/thrift shop. Thats 240 loads, about $0.13 cents a load.I have seen people selling them on facebook marketplace for around the same price, so somewhere people are buying them in bulk for cheap. The orange and blue bucket smells and works just like real tide does. They have other scents in other colored buckets.Look around and see what you have near you
>>2995498Also factor in the bucket which would be $4 if bought separately.
