So my neighbors sold their house, and an old lady with her probably 45 year old cave man looking neet son moved in next door.Today seems to be their first day to actually live in the house, and their dog is in the back yard just fucking blasting.I went to meet them and say hi and mentioned the dog in passing, and they just kind of said hehe yeah he likes to bark.I want to stop this shit right now, hopefully without getting the cops involved.My first idea is maybe a loud speaker pointing at their house connected to a raspberry pi with a microphone that blasts dog barks loud as fuck pointed at their House every time the rpi detects a dog bark.Kind of like a jeet shaker but more advanced.Btw I'm a cripple in a wheelchair, and not going to be able to do anything crazy, so I have to either do this passive aggressive as fuck or something...anyone have any ideas?

Unfortunately, my house has shit windows so he hears everything and always thinks someone is outside.He is trained to stop when I tell him "Shut the fuck up", but the barking is a problem when he decides to bark at 5 am. I have to physically get up to stop him. By that time he already woke everyone up
