>>2997560You can get them suitably clean with boiling water and strong detergent, but you need to weigh the time and effort of washing them versus what it'd cost to just buy new ones.As others pointed out, you're probably better off just getting new ones and spending your time dealing with your tomato crop, instead of scrubbing out used oil buckets.
