I just got a used neo max for $200 USD with the 5 watt laser etcher, both like new in box off fbmp. Last 3d printer I had was in 2012 and was a new makerbot replicator 2x, and it was horrendous. I am quite happy with this new printer thus far...However... I come to ask, is there any compelling reason not to swap this to direct drive from bowden, either with the official sprite kit or print the bracket myself. Its speed is already limited by the bed movement, so I am not sure I would lose much since its a slow one anyway, ringing probably wont be an issue, etc.Anyone else have knowledge of this setup?
>>2997931Why ask? Just do it. Also there is a 3D printing thread.
>>2997938suck my cock, post something relevant or kys.
>>2997931>Anyone else have knowledge of this setup?no
>>2997931>Anyone else have knowledge of this setup?now that I've spend some time thinking abouit it.Nah, still nothing.
