Not this house or area, specifically, but WTF is the "landscape" for rehab on what is surely LEAD PAINT house that needs TLC and DIY?In 'Frisco, CA there was some scam where you'd get sued by neighbors who'd claim your lead got into their dirt, even though all dirt in SF has lead, and it was illegal to take samples before hand. No idea how that shake out or if still going on.But what about more "reasonable" areas?
