So in have an unfinished room in my basement and I am struggling determining how to layout the space. It’s a 19x15 foot room with 3 additional 5x9 rooms attached on the south end, utilities, bathroom and electrical. Currently it is concrete slab and the wall parallel to the doorframe coming off the steps is used as a storage wall with Adam’s racking. Any ideas on how to finish this space? The drawing is crude and not entirely to scale but the measurements are accurate. I would greatly appreciate any ideas!
What do you mean by "ideas on how to finish the space"?Are you asking from a design perspective (ideas on what the space would be used for, or how to configure the space) or are you asking for advice on how to physically finish out a space (what materials to use, how to install them, etc.)?If it's the prior, do you have a need for any specific type of room? Like do you want an additional bedroom, or a game room, or an office? Or are you just looking at an unfinished space and want to finish it out but don't know what you want the room to be?
>>2998195Some kind of walk-in-closet would be nice, but I think it's gonna only take like half of the unfinished area. Way to have a "buffer" between bathroom/washrooms and the rest of the area. I also think a game room is a nice addition like anon above.
