My plan is to catch squirrels in live traps, dye them blue, and let them go. I want to see how long it takes before it becomes a crisis and makes the news. But idk how to dye them. I imagine they won't be too cooperative.
>>
They make dyes for dog coats. Or you can use human hair dye
>>
where i grew up someone used to catch squirrels and shave? or dye CUNT on their backs
>>
>>3000318
I'm wondering how to physically apply dye. I don't think it would work to grab em and rub em down with dye. I guess maybe lower them into a pool of dye while in the cage? But I dont want to drown them or anything.

It's just a longtime dream of mine.
>>
>>3000318
Also, how long does hair dye last? I don't want to have to keep re-applying it. and I bet the squirrels would get wise to the live trap and know what's in store for them.
>>
>>3000334
Well maybe you could powder them with something that stains when it gets wet, right before it rains.
>>
>>3000334
You could rig up some nuts like little dye packs you get when robbing a bank.

Dye a squirrel blue and it will promptly become raptor food. All you’ll end up with are small piles of blue droppings under nesting trees. I hope you mistake them for blueberries!

About to boot out a little asshole racoon we saved from certain death the other day. He was laying in the shade of a tree on the road and had obviously been hit by a car or.something. One front paw was mangled and partially degloved. He was extremely dehydrated and lethargic. Brought him home, let him rest for a couple days, got some pain meds in him so he could snap out of his funk and he started eating and drinking again. He is a vicious little shit. His paw is still mangled up some, but he is 100% better than he was and ready to get the fuck out of my garage. I'll give him a light paddlin' for being a little prick and send him on his way down the creek.

If you can get the squirrel in a cage, it may be possible to dunk it into a tub of dye for around a second or so. If it's not retarded, it shouldn't drown, and since it's in a cage you won't get bitten or attacked.

I'm told the hair dye brand Manic Panic would be animal safe and should be easy to use. You could just do a quick couple dips of them into a pool of dye while the squirrels are in a cage, they should be fine just as long as you don't keep them under for more than a moment and do multiple dips rather than long dips.

did he come back and sneak in your house and empty all the cupboards? my uncle brought a baby trash panda home once and it destroyed his house in like 20 minutes. 5 years later they were still finding marshmallows hidden in light fixtures and cat food under the rug

Nigga, I did not think of this...
just give them water full of colloidal silver. They're turn smurf blue and you don't have to catch them at all. They'll LIKE it if you flavor it for them right and use attractant smells.
It's permanent btw.

I’m all for making sure you don’t have rats around your house, but squirrels are perfectly harmless.
Also, if they (or any other animal without access to heavy machinery) can enter your house, your shitty cardboard house is the first problem you gotta fix before you can even start to care about wildlife. >>3000316
Also, it’s incredible how this board full of
>muh rural masterrace doing /diy/ and farming and shit
Larpers hasn’t even once mentioned that there’s specific dies on the market that are meant to dye the fur of life animals. How about you research this first?
