Hey I've done down Dtf shirts for friends before but I recently got a sublimation printer, a cricut maker 4 and heat press for cheap. I was wondering what kind of cool stuff I could do and if it is possible to turn into a small business. Would love to hear about or see projects you've done and if you sold anything and how to go about it.

If you don't want to become a marketer I would focus doing local businessA coworker has a plotter (don't if it's a circut maker) but she loves to do personalize gifts for all kinds of events at work (birthday, farewell, milestones, etc.) or home. I think in such an oversaturated market with such a relativly slow barrier of entry, having a specific niche is a requirement. You can't compete with simple print-on-demand services just due to their ability to price things super cheap. For most people that have those shirts made are shit like PTO events or like local kids sports. I think you really need to do something very few others are doing. Like find something neat and go into it. For example, my mother does these hydro marbled hats and I've never seen anyone else do it before.
