Strong acids like hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid will eat concrete, but you'd need a lot of it to clean off the entire surface of a concrete mixer truck. The volume is huge and it's not practical to clean it by letting it soak in 55 gallons of [powerful toxic chemical]. There's no chemical on earth that's concentrated enough that a milk jug full would clean an entire cement mixer.

why not just fill it with enough water to ruin the remaining concrete.I know trucks will "wash out" and need a place to dump. GC at a site made a dump spot for the trucks on a pallet and landscape fabric and 2x4s and cable.
