Reminds me of my time at uni, working with and for the RF lab. We'd constantly get calls about radio transmissions making people sick or even how someones neighbour was pointing devices at them to do all sorts of weird stuff.

Some people are more sensitive to some VOCs than others, but generally, standards in manufacturing are such that most products are low VOC and you shouldn't have issues like this barring sensitivity to specific compounds.
A little different if the house was insulated with spray foam. That shit is a multi-component chemical reaction that requires exact mixing. If the application wasn't perfect, then the base layer doesn't cure, fucks up everything that goes on top, and the whole thing is fucked forever and the house has to be rebuilt. Literally rebuilt. Because spray foam can not be completely removed.
So I'd check for that first and if you have spray foam insulation START TALKING TO ATTORNEYS and be ready for a very brutal next 4-5 years while that all plays out.

Explain to me the spray foam meme. It's just expanding polyurethane foam. I use A and B for insulation attachment all the time, and expanding polyurethane foam isn't all that different. Tweaks to how much isocyanurate and type of blowing agent. CCM Flexible Dash or OMG Ollyfil/Ollybond has zero smell.

The manufacturer does the chemical engineering, tard fren. The only thing the retards to is operate the machine that sprays the foam. Spray foam and adhesive sprayer rigs are obscenely expensive, and as I understand it actual spray foam is temperature sensitive (which the rig directly controls). I will say that tards with canisters of A and B sans spray rig can absolutely fuck things up.
