How can I get cross-ventilation in my room with one sliding window and without opening my door?I have one standing oscillating fan and one box fan.

>>3006364Make a diverter with a cardboard box so the box fan in the window pulls air from the top of the room directly above your position (low pressure), and another diverter for the incoming cool air to be drawn from below your position (higher pressure).
Get one of these dual fan window fan units. You can set one fan to intake and the other fan to exhaust. Sure, there's some inefficiency due to the 2 air streams being right next to each other, but they do work decently enough to exchange the room air with outside air.
