As one Anon said you will make yourself a huge bullet magnet. But if you are so dead set to fuck with people maybe you could use a puppet with a motor in order to move the head, or just make it so that arms and the head is one single construction that you will carry on top of your shoulders, you will have way better stability and you will be somewhat safer since you would just be the legs and the lower part of the torso. Again what you are doing is retarded and dangerous.
