Is there any commercial roofing contractors here that do Sika? Is it worth it to get certified (I.e. spec bid leads)? I do almost 100% Carlisle now (a lot of Velcro roofs), but we've got some KEE modified PVC to do and we sort of have a reputation as a "Cadillac" contractor. Also, commercial roofing general I guess.

>>3006636Tell Cleetus he needs to fully adhered some TPO or EPDM. The surface of his single wide might need to be primed beforehand depending on its composition. Since he needs some sort of mechanical perimeter securement, he's going to need drip edge and cover tape as well. Or perhaps he should follow the procedures for RV re-roofing. If children shall be playing on it, I would recommend a Fleeceback application with A and B spray attachment.
