Recently been finding leaks in my kitchen, traced it to this pipe behind the oven which leads outside and has been letting water in when it rains. I have no idea why it only just started leaking because I've lived here for nearly 20 years and it's never done this before, I've never noticed the pipe before either. I guess it's a gas pipe for ovens but my oven is electric and has been here the entire time i have so the pipe didn't leak for decades, maybe it was blocked and recently whatever was in there broke down, idk.What should I do to block it up? The pipe ends are pretty much flush with the walls they come out of so a push fit stop end won't work because there's no pipe sticking out for it to attach over. Just sealant or cork and glue seems too short-term to me.
Fill that bitch with silicone and call it a day.

Expanding rubber pipe plug. You can get them at most hardware stores, pool supply stores, and amazon.

Check to see if you need to run a cable from kitchen to garden before making a silicon plug (or if no cable then expanding rubber)if it's loose around the copper- dig it out a bit, wait for a dry period and put a bitumen patch on it
