My oven's not working. I can hear the fan and the light's on, but it's not producing heat. Gemini reckons I just need to buy a new heating ring and fit it, is this true? And does anyone have experience of this?
>>3007485>is this true?Probably. Either the heating element or the rheostat/infinite switch.
>>3007485If you are going to use LLMs to think for you like a zoomer, dont use Gemini. Its wrong and hallucinates an obscene amount of time.
>>3007485>is this trueI don't know, why don't you ask Gemini
It's usually true. The guy that came to fix it for me (he fucked my wife too) replaced the coil and told me the wiring was wrong and could have started a fire. 10/10 lucky it was under warranty. If it breaks again I'm buying a new one.
>>3007485>he forgot to feed the little dragon inside of his ovengonna have to buy a new one entirely.
>>3007517What the hell happened here? Is this Romania?
>>3007514Gave me a fake source link the other day. 404 and no archive.>>3007517>>3007566Seriously what the fuck is this?
>>3007485Obligatory sperg incoming...GEMINI IS A ROBOT IT CAN'T "RECKON" REEEEEEEEEEEE
>>3007485>i asked a computer to guesswell if you are competent (clearly not or you wouldn't be asking) why don't you simply diagnose the issue yourself, take the oven out, open it up, turn it on, measure the voltage across the heating element. or if you don't want to turn it on you can measure the resistance of the element and compare to a good one or the spec you find online.and if you don't think you are capable of that then you call a guy who is.could be the element, could be the wiring, could be safety cutout (makes sense the fan would still run to cool it down) could be the rheostat like other anon said. nobody knows until you get more information. so how could an ai know whats wrong with your oven? doesn't make sense does it.
