does anyone know some creepy/mysterious halloween diy like these blairwitch stick figures?
>>3007582Dreamcatchers, stone wrapping, set weird shit in epoxy, taxidermy, pressed spooky looking plants, floristry with deliberately dead flowers, whittle odd shit, look up set design from True Detective S1.
>>3007582Be careful, it attracts ghosts
>>3007582Large bowl filled with grapes
>>3007582Fog machine, strobe lights, Disney Haunted House sound effects.

>>3007593having dead plants in your home is extremely bad luck
>>3007838Why?
>>3007840Because it's dead and that deadness spreads in spirit and is infectious. Plants are living things too.
>>3007840Every time you look at your dead plant, it gets inside your subconscious and moves to other parts of your life willingly or not. Think of it as similar to low grade stress. In the same category as clutter but worse.
>>3007843>>3007844I had dead lilies on my kitchen table for 3 months and hit the Pick 4. That's what I used to replace my 25 year old AC.
>>3007845Hey don't take my word for it. Good for you.
>>3007846Is it a cultural thing? I've never heard of this particular superstition.
>>3007847Yeah rooted in kabalah I think.
>>3007582Deer skulls are a good one, see this pic of one I found on a camping trip in the boundary waters last week (was tempted to bring it home but it was like 12 portages away from the exit). you can get them on like craiglist or marketplace
>>3007838Doesn't get creepier than that.
Large clear jar, Cheap doll, paint, vynil tube, highlighter, syringes. Cut doll up and sew it back together. Paint it to look all fucked up. Put highliter ink in jar with water. Vynil tubes go into doll head from top and act like "thrusters". Syringes are used to push/pull jar fluid to "control" the doll. Think wrigling creature inside some sort of clone pod.
Put this in the window and it keeps bad shit away
>>3008205What is the origin and symbolism? What kind of bad shit does it repel? Why don't you see it everywhere?
>>3008205Lmao I would not be messing with that stuff. 2 nails hung upside down on a red piece of yarn screams danger to me. Might as well put a neon sign in your window for any wandering spirits or whatever to check your house out.
>>3008213its an iron variant of the rowan cross from yorkshire. rowan crosses (or brides crosses) are usually protection against witches and other evil doers.the iron variant confers the same protections but with iron it keeps away the fae and similar entities. you can also make it with iron and rowan together if you really need the blessed wood>>3008217haven't had any issues with spirits but its not made to stop them specifically
>>3008311>rowan cross from yorkshireInteresting. What are your thoughts on the Druids? Do you think they were Phoenician, Atlantean, or something else?
