Hell, if you live someplace that isn't a third world shithole you'll have a Health Department or Housing Development Board or something specifically to report them to if they refuse to fix it. The 'withholding rent' line generally does it. They can't rent the place to someone else if it has no power so they will have to fix it either way and kicking you out is costly and a hassle.
Ok so we have a motor-unit responsible for overflow of water throughout the entire building (i don't know its name in english but you get the idea) and when someone ran the motor unite the lights went back, however when i try to switch the breaker now nothing happens, did it die or not? Update: The electrician says that the breaker is causing the issue becuase it is 16 ambers, he says it should be 64 or 32, is he bullshitting me? He is gonna come back tomorrow, for now everything works fine
