About 6" thick with sandy bottom (probably). Should i just drill through it at the low point with a 3/16" masonry bit?

If the pad is thick you could cut a shallow V-groove to where you want it drained. The Bottom of the V groove needs to slope away the whole distance.

You also need to study the contour to make sure you’ve got the V-groove in the right place.

There are these guys that will drill a hole and pump up the corner with either concrete or PU foam if you’ve got monies.

Another thing you should independently do is get some zinc sheet and put it underneath that post. To act as galvanic corrosion protection. You can get it as flashing, or whis strip you nail to the top of your roof to alow the zinc to kill plant material if you have a mouldy/mossy roof.

Mortar concrete on top to make it slightly concave.
Otherwise you're going to chisel and drill

I'd just grout around the column itself to give it a slight slope and keep the water out from under it, then hit it with your leaf blower immediately after a rain if it bothers you.

by the looks of it, you have a slight ledge on the edge of the slab
get a concrete grinder, one of those with a stone and be miserable one weekend to shave it down
