For my personalized content tier I'll just ask what character they want, any outfits, and a few notes like sex positions they want and whip up a 50+ image set. It's pretty trivial but you gotta work around people that don't really understand genning, which is why they're giving you money to do it instead. I won't pretend like what I do is much more effort than that but I do put in some extra time to satisfy my own bar of quality.
