Literally anything that's actually genuinely public. If i were to pick something more specific though, i really love any change from our common sense. Whether it's some kind of setting with a traditional mandatory time to be naked or hypnosis so everyone goes around naked when they normally don't or whatever else, i just love that kind of stuff that would never realistically happen without a mass change in values. Honestly even just one character doing it is also good. To me it also doesnt matter if the characters involved are embarrassed about it or it's just normal and they casually go along with it, i like both

That's something I've always wondered, if the person remains the only one naked wouldn't that count to a certain degree as exhibitionism? I've been reading some nudist books and some of the scenarios said in those almost feel like borderline exhibitionism.
