Asset rip from the gacha game Lost Sword. A new unit for the game's anniversary is topless with some animated flames conveniently covering her nipples. Ripping the live2d animation and disabling the flame layer shows they fully drew the nipples. For the first few days the flame animation didn't fully cover her breasts so it was possible to see a few frames of nip slips, but Google noticed so they patched the flames to cover more.
