To answer, that's just a average if fairly flexible Illustrious model, but paired with a Homare style LoRA and running on a controlnet reference; I was trying to see how it'd work if I just rolled the dice on each subject rather than regionally prompting, so there was a lot of randomness and mixing and matching involved. The reference CN for the posing is probably the single most important step, seeing how it puts them all in (mostly) the right position. For comparison, this one did use regional prompting, so the individual character traits are accurate, but this style LoRA is an older one and doesn't like regions as much.

I've been able to run even de full models with 8GB of VRAM albeit slowly.The best thing that could happen is to get an H3 level image model, practically uncensored with good knowledge and constrained VRAM requirements.The future is no as bleak as I thought a few months ago
