Not him but that would nice to see, yes. Madoka, sadly, used cheap 3dcg backgrounds which horribly clashed with it's 2d characters. The original madoka tv series is barely animated and filled with QUALITY. An AI anime would be fully 2d a and have tons of detail and animation. Any mistakes the AI makes could be manually corrected by humans.
