Got these for travel as they don't take much space. Use them to walk the dog in summer. They dont have a lot of structure but its no issue to walk 1-2 hours in them on forrest trails. If you're based in EU and want something local its a good brand to support and alternative to companies producing in Asia. You can choose between two types of straps (pic rel shows one) and also select either a leather (good for long times on feet) or cordura (dries quickly, better for wet environments) footbed. They definitely work for a relaxed look, but at the same they don’t look disgusting, shallow and plebeian like Birkenstocks. Overall they’re the best type of sandals IMO, also for the discreet and subtle see-through effect they arouse.With that being said, flip-flops are of course the best option you have for the beach and the swimming pool. Put on, take off, easy and practical. Would be nice, though, to see more people opt for decent sandals rather than flip-flops outside of those specific contexts.
