Let me guess, you "need" more?
>>18704673Looks too GAP and Uniqlo minus the logo. Like unapologetically Millennial.
>>18704673>leather sneakersgay
i need less
>>18704690fr nigga. I ain't wearin nothin cept plastic negro sneakers
>>18704673I need less. These types of ”dressy sneakers” are first of all awful looking and second of all they really give a vibe of a middle aged divorced dad who’s trying to appear younger than they are.
>>18704673Would look better without those ugly ass logos and labels.
>>18704702This style of "premium" sneaker never looks good.
>>18704701Yeah, nothing better than wearing dirty white canvas sneakers everywhere like a retarded school boy. That's so much more age appropriate than than wearing normal leather sneakers.> a middle aged divorced dad>they areKYS you they theming tranny.
>>18704704Just stop being a child and buy actual leather shoes. These look like dogshit.
>>18704705Still better than wearing canvas sneakers or trainers/running shoes. They have the best of both worlds. The classic minimalist timeless look of dress shoes, and the comfort and grip of sneaker soles. Of course, I'd never wear them with dress pants or any classic menswear. They're better, non-childish looking alternatives to sports sneakers.
>>18704704I personally do think that worn out clothes look better than new ones. The dressy leather sneaker is like a bastard son of dress shoes and sneakers, not really knowing what it is and I don’t see a place for them. You’re not really elevating your looks by wearing ”dress sneakers” over sneakers the same way if you’re wearing loafers or derbys instead of sneakers.
>>18704708The worst of both worlds you mean. They look immature as fuck.
>>18704673At least buy from a shoe or boot maker and not the cheapest crap with fashion brand premium.
>>18704709>You’re not really elevating your looks by wearing ”dress sneakersYou actually are. I get compliments all the time when I wear these shoes. They actually do improve a casual outfit a lot. Wearing sports sneakers everywhere looks too childish and out of place. These on the other hand look like they were made specifically for casual urban settings as casual street wear when going to a mall, restaurant, grocery store, to a friend's house, or just walking around in the city. You won't look like you just threw on your gym shoes, nor like you're wearing overly formal high maintenance dress shoes with casual clothes. And I don't consider them to be "dress sneakers". To me dress sneakers would be those frankenstein abominations like in picrel that have an obviously dress shoes upper slapped onto sneaker soles. Minimalist sneakers are more like casual non-sports sneakers with the timeless, non-trendy, no nonsense look similar to dress shoes. I don't wear them because I think they look "dressier" or something. I wear them because they look neutral - neither sporty, nor dressy.>>18704724Nowhere near as immature as sports sneakers. They sit in the middle. They're neither sporty, nor dressy. They look like the quintessential modern casual shoes for the urban lifestyle. They have a neutral, non-trendy, nondescript style that's not associated with any sport or fashion trend, but at the same time have the functionality of sports shoes, and also don't show dirt and stains easily like all white sneakers.
>>18704753Sporty sneakers are not immature if they're worn in the right context with the right outfit. There is no such thing as a business casual sneaker that doesn't make you look like a manchild. Buy derbies, chukkas, loafers anything else but these ridiculous things.
>>18704756There is no setting in which sporty sneakers look good besides while doing sporty activities like jogging, working out at the gym, or playing an actual sport. Everywhere else they look out of place and childish. And I wouldn't call them business casual sneakers either. The whole "business casuals" trend itself is retarded. To me they're just casual urban sneakers. The only difference between these and the regular all white minimalist sneakers is the color. Everything else is the same. So how are they more ridiculous than white leather sneakers?
>>18704762Tried to help you, oh well
>all these stuffy upper middle class brands trying to appeal to the new-age metrosexual audience but in the most boring ways possible
>>18704766Some things are meant to be boring. Not everything needs to be flashy and in your face. Minimalist brown leather sneakers are like the plain white tees of shoes. They're timeless.
>>18704704these things are so incredibly reddit and indian, this style of sneaker always is and everyone who wears them are reddit soys, jeets, or ftm troons
>>18704772nah these are more mature, timeless, classic, always in style, urban, fashionable, masculine, utility, versatile, etc than childish "minimalist" sneakers
>>18704772go make another thread about high-waisted pants.
>>18704784Gotten!
>>18704783Docs are the entry level "adult" shoes.
>>18704783I'm not going to a construct job. I don't need boots. Sneaker soles are more comfortable and the zero drop on them is much better for your feet and overall posture and health.
this has to be satire
>>18704796those aren't boots, they're shoes. very comfortable shoes. you're not going to the gym or playing a sport, so sneaker soles are not necessary.
>>18704704>>18704673brown "dressy" leather sneakers might be the ugliest shoes you can get that aren't straight up ironic meme shit like five finger shoesthey're these shapeless brown turds that have none of the elegance of formal shoewear and none of the casualness of sneakersthey somehow make you look both tryhard and clueless, it's hilarious
>>18704772>timelessthis style of shoe has existed for like 10 years and it only exists because people don't know how to wear actual timeless classic shoes anymore
>>18704753>>18704796you are right
>>18705006its for the new crowd of business bros who want to 'try' wearing sneakers with a suit but don't actually own any sneakers besides their salomons.
>>18705009nigga derby shoes became a thing in 1850s and loafers were invented in 1906 there are no "timeless" shoes out there
