>it's because of sleep>it's because of diet>it's because of skin care>it's because of allergies>it's because you need vitamins and supplements>it's because you need more protein>it's because you need more exercise>it's because you need to buy snake oil products>actually, it's all because of geneticsSo which one is it?
>>18709126I think it has a lot to do with bad nose breathing, that doesn't let the blood flow in the area. But i'm not doctor.
The three most likely causes are poor sleep, allergens, or simple genetics giving you sunken eyes, pigmentation, etc. FWIW, I think mine are the result of all three. Still working on fixing my sleep but I’ve improved mine somewhat by doing a nasal rinse, allergy nasal spray, and allergy eye drops, massages with a stone, and I also believe Olay Super Serum, Olay Super Cream, Eucerin dark circle cream, and tretinoin have helped. They’re much better than they used to be. I think I’ll always have them though because my grandmother was Greek-Italian I just genetically have her sunken discolored eyes.
>>18709129I’ve seen under eye area improve after MARPE so could be some truth to this. I always figured it was the bone moving upward and outward though.
>>18709131Regarding the nasal rinse, always use purified or distilled water and never tap water if you don’t want to get a brain eating amoeba or some shit. I also find it helps to kind of rotate my head around while I do it. I do it with my head straight up, then tuck my chin into my chest, then back a little, then side to side, and then repeat in the other nostril. As long as you don’t squeeze too hard or use unsafe water or an unclean bottle it’s perfectly safe.
it's largely genetic, you have sucken in eyes and thin skin so the blood capillaries show up very easily, tret won't help, it'll just give you permament dry eye.best you can do is a bit of color corrector and concealer
if you have any of the following:>light colored eyes (blue, green, maybe light enough brown)>soft corneas>astigmatismodds are you have eye strain from long times in front of screens. get glasses, possibly just blue blocking, or polarized, but maybe even prescription. note all of these conditions are possible even while you had good or even 20/20 vision
>>18709126genes.
>>18709131At least comfort yourself with the knowledge that some people like how it looks.
>>18709200I find that very hard to believe. It looks cool on guys with light dark circles lines that are handsome with high cheekbones. Most guys who have it just look bad. I’m looking into procedures for fillers to treat sunken eyes.
>>18709160this basicallythin skin and bone structurecan be fixed with surgery / fat grafting / fillerbut for immediate improvement concealer (if it has spf it also benefits that at east it won't get worse)
>>18709277now fillers have to be reappied regular which sucks assand makes it look worse as a result of contrast of going from improved -> to normal / worse due to ains even thinner skin
>>18709458It’s over
>>18709126Apply castor oil before bed and wash off in the morning.Definitely helps
>>18709200This is probably not what you wanna hear but it only looks good if you're already attractive to begin with. If you're already attractive then features which are usually considered "ugly" won't take away from your appearance and might even make you look better due to it making you look more unique or more relatable or whatever. So if you're already attractive you can have (not necessarily all of these at once obviously) dark circles under your eyes, a unibrow, a big nose, large ears, acne, large moles, lots of freckles, acne, glasses that don't suit your face, be bald, have a tooth gap, have a super hairy body, vitiligo, even be albino, etc. all without it making you any less attractive. If you're already unattractive and have any of the above though...if you're let's say a 3 it's gonna bump you down to a 1 or perhaps even a 0. Sorry to any ugly guys reading this.
>>18709126>it just has to be one thing, my brain cannot handle multiple contributing factorWe can boil it to low IQ in your case I suppose.
>>18709994yup. that's literally all there is to these things. be attractive or gtfo
>>18709126this is why I wear glasses. they sort of cover it up and make it less pronounced.
>>18709126Stop jerking off and watching porn
