Most people here only use shampoo when their hair is dirty too. You look a little dry in your pic, try cleaning and conditioning your hair with a single product like tresemme keratin smooth. 100% linen is fine with the shirt. you can do a blend too if you want. the reason it's a bigger issue with the pants is that the wrinkling happens mostly in the sleeves in the shirt, whereas with the pants pants are like 100% "sleeves" so it's much more noticeable. you could get away with 100% linen pants too if they're heavier weight but that's hard to find (outside of formal trousers) so probably even harder to find for women

It's not cheap, but you only need a little dot of it, and you rub it between your hands and run your fingers through your hair after showering while it's still wet. Leave it in. Try Olaplex No.3 a 2-3 times a week, then after a while use it once a week. Leave it in for an hour, with your hair wrapped up in a towel. Then go and wash it out after that hour and apply conditioner.

Olaplex is expensive shit, but it actually fuckin' works. It's genuinely the only hair product system that actually delivers on what it says it will.

In the shower, let conditioner sit in your hair for a good 5 minutes before introducing water back to it.

Dry your hair a towel by gently scrunching up the towel into the hair, do this a for a minute or two to get the water out that'll drip. Then leave it for like 30 minutes before blowing it with a blowdryer on its cold setting.

Brush your hair starting from the bottom/ends and work your way up.

Also try using something like John Frieda's frizz ease oil.
