1. Does leopard belt work with Margiela or is it too loud?
2. Do boiled jeans work with rep Dunks or is it a clash?
3. What should I add/remove?

skip the leopard belt, makes you look like a leotard
not a fan of the lil fella hanging from a belt loop either
if you're already not thrifting, start now
try to figure out what you like and search ebay for clothes that fit the bill.
for example instead of buying margiela, try to find out what you like in their stuff and replicating it
