I'm going to Washington DC in July, what can I wear to not sweat through my clothes that also doesn't show too much skin? I'm simple minded and have been relying on short sleeve polo shirts (one in the pic was generic off eBay) worn with jeans or chinos and white stan smiths. I don't want to stand out, just not look bad.

Bonus points if there's a conceivable way to wear black timberlands
