I NEED A LINEN SHIRT WITH THIS COLOR SO BAD AAAAAIt's called natural flax here. It can also be called light beige, sand, natural, oatmeal, off white, light grey. For most other brands, their version of the color is too yellow, brown, or grey. The color in picrel is perfect. But the small size is too big for me and the bottom hem is too curved, I like mostly straight bottom hemsAnd
Here is an example of one that's too yellow

linen is being pushed so hard by the mass market low tier brands right now. because its the cheapest possible fabric to cash in on the natural materials trend with. theyre pushing it on shein, temu and depop hard.they process it on cotton looms where it has to be cut to short staple length to work with the machine. in the process it loses every advantage it has over other fabrics. cotton wool and silk are more breathable.
How expensive is linen anyway?
I have a linen shirt similar to that, pretty similar color. Really struggling to get it to "work" with any outfits. It just kind of reads as... thick and wrinkly. I dunno, maybe I need some inspo photos. So far it's always giving "guy who looks OK" but not "guy who knows fashion"
