I can go to bed hungry and wake up at 7 and not feel hungry until noon. A breakfast of ~500 kcal with ample protein keeps me satiated until 4 PM-is.

4 through 7 PM is the danger zone.

Stretch marks are kinda cute, it says they used to be really fat and will go back to binge eating if they get dumped or smethig so they're dependent on you to not self harm again (eg. binge on lots of greasy fried meats and cheeses)

I guess there’s some muscle degradation as I wasn’t working out due to the heat, but I think I had *way* to much salted water because I was trying to compensate all the sodium loss

I don’t have any palpitations or anything, and I regularly do cardio, so I guess it’s not heart related
(well, hoping so, i had the feets of a newborn so it was fucking impressive)

Anyways, I’ll be "reasonable" and end it tonight at the planned duration instead of stretching it, and I’ll keep that in my for the next time I do an extended fast

OMAD's not working anymore, I got down to 20BMI and have been stuck there for a whole 3 months, if I eat normally one day to recover from 5 days of eating 700cal, I bounce back immediately to the pre-omad weight.

Maybe I should start body recomping instead, i'm still skinnyfat at 20 bmi.
