I work a blue-collar labor job and I recently got promoted to a minor management position. I was told to start dressing better as a result, since I will be frequently speaking to representatives of other companies and the client. That being said, most of my day is still outside in extreme heat and frequently going into trenches and getting sweaty and dirty. I was advised to wear those Magellan fishing shirts as they are supposed to be fairly cool in the extreme heat we deal with while still looking somewhat professional.
