And yes, height does matter, because high rise makes your legs look longer. Or rather, their actual length. Unlike low rise that makes you look like you have an overly long torso and tiny stubby midget legs that start from the middle of your thighs. High rise pants align perfectly with your actual body parts. The waist sits at the waist, the seat is at your actual seat/ass, and the legs begin at the actual legs. So they perfectly accentuate your lower half the right way, rather than making it look like you have a tiny 6 inch pelvis, or your torso is equally as long as your legs, like with low rise, or worse, saggy pants that most people have been wearing for the past two decades.
Pants wrapping around your hips means you need wider pants making you look fatter.Pants around your waist make you look thinner and taller and if you're not an obese fuck, it means that you'll have more flexibility in movement.
