A ton of young normie (performative) men do dress like pic rel today but they all end up looking quite goofy. This isn't at all the pinnacle of men's fashion or even that good or complex, but it's something that you could wear today, right now. And it would be considered more fashionable than OP. It's more trendy, yes, and better in that sense. But it's also cooler and more natural, which is the more important thing.
