I do think it can look good. But just as most people aren’t brilliant interior designers, brilliant painters, or blessed with a sixth sense for perfect fashion, most people are also limited in their ability to choose good tattoos. As a result, it doesn’t look good on most people - and unlike all those other things, the options for correcting or improving it are pretty limited.
