The last one has finally died. Let's discuss perfumes, colognes, after shaves, skin tonics, and more!

Montale Sandflowers is so good
>>18725877very nice, I got tabac original eau de toilette recently. at first it smelt like an old smoker, but once I managed to undo that association it became a very pleasant scent. it's got such a strong bitter sweet floral woody profile, love it. makes me wanna get more in to classic barbershop scents.
>>18725877No on has ever had a hot date at Applebee's. Ever.
>>18725903Intensive Marine-Note mit Algenauszügen kokettieren mit Wacholderbeeren auf leichter Sandelholz-Basis mit Eichenmoos. Duftet nach Urlaub im Süden, erfrischt und belebt ganz außergewöhnlich.

I'm looking for a deep dark rich burning wood smell. Would Oud fragrances satisfy me or should I look at other ingredients?
>>18725915Al Haramain Naeem is an intense vintage version of Original Tabac>>18725928Funny description of Sandflowers
SOTD: Violette VolynkaMore smoky than I first expected but it is growing on me. Beautiful smoky suede. Settles pretty quickly compared to most leathers.
>>18726010are you the gorillamaxxing dude?
is Creed a good scent?
>>18726218always gotta be one
>>18726271You mean Aventus Creed? There's a reason it's so highly regarded.
>>18725903Is the Performance any good?
>>18726304The best.
>>18726306Might have to get some. Notes make it seem very enjoyable.
>>18726330You won't be disappointed. It's full bodied yet light. Hard balancing act to pull off but they do.
This is the best thread for serious, earnest and informed discussion of manly smellum water.
This is the good thread for perfume wearing faggots
I was just checking and it seems like girls like Vanilla smell most on men. Not saying you should wear a scent just for the sake of attracting girls but it is interesting.
Maybe more people would like this perfume thread if there were TITS on the OP image instead of Jeff there.
The only consolation being that this thread will outlast the numbered "official" thread by the nerds. Who also read this thread BTW. They don't dare post and contribute to the count or bump, but since they care about "fragrances" they have to read every little thing. Just like how the horology snobs read the PSWT. They must. So everyone will be seeing and visiting Mr. Epstein and the Crave thread for the next couple months. And that makes me happy.
>>18726910Did we ever figure out what fragrance Epstein truly used?
>>18727004Cool Water is a classic
>>18727011I also wear Cool Water at least twice a week. Or 'Cool Ocean' rather. I can't tell the difference.
Obsession by Calvin Klein
>at the getty villa>some old woman accosts me and asks what cologne I'm wearing>I'm wearing an old hoodie from my car for the pocket and sweating underneath it because it's slightly warm and I'm frustrated at people blocking my photography>tell her I'm just wearing old spice>she gets flustered realizing it's just my natural scent>she's also like 60 or some shit>leavesOld Spice Aqua Reef for reference. Green Irish Spring soap, too, I guess.Anyway while I'm here I'm going to cop some cologne names so I have a better answer next time to lie with.

Any Arab scent recommendations for Summer?
What do you cunts even talk about all day?>imagine the smell

>>18727667Ibrahim Al Qurashi french tobacco
>>18727939
>>18725986could also try vetiver. if you want a vetiver cheapie on the darker side, try Encre Noire a l'Extreme
>>18729691It’s always the fattest, ugliest pig lol.
Is lemon the original unisex scent? I remember my mom had a bottle of stuff that smelled exactly like lemons- better than lemons. I was so drawn to it. And it didn't seem feminine.
>>18727452will you give her the old spice next time?
Any Tobacco smells suitable for hot weather?
>>18730832Sauvage>It doesn't have tobacc-My perfumer friend said it has tobacco notes but dropped it in the marketing for "amber" since it's for younger audiences
Apparently this is a clone of Platinum EgoisteGotta say I didn’t expect how green it is, personally im sick of lavender bomb aromatic fougeres. Is the OG Platinum like that? The opening reminds me of initial spray of H24 before it turns into a banana mess.
This is an advertisement thread and is very gay.
How does this shit actually smell like burning wood? I didn't think it would be this similar, I thought the name was a metaphor but it is meant literally lol.
>>18731335What are we advertising? You must think the same or even more so about the other thread, where they actually link to a bunch of companies. This is just opinion. But really, that's enough of you calling every thread that isn't about faggy clothing "shill" threads.
>UAE-based Houses: Brands like Lattafa, Afnan, and Armaf produce affordable, high-quality alternatives to ultra-luxury, niche scents. They heavily sponsor influencers and seed products into online communities to create "hype".>The Grey Market Pipeline: Distributors purchase surplus or discontinued designer fragrances globally, then route them through hubs in Dubai and India to be resold online at a discount.>Guerrilla Marketers: Paid operatives and brand ambassadors deliberately plant positive comments and recommendations on anonymous boards like /fa/ to artificially build demand for these specific clones and discounted stocks. Oh, and something about “beast mode.”
>>18731862Yes, you figured it out. We get paid big bucks to push perfumes. Now that you've exposed us, what's next? You have the evidence. Why are we allowed to continue with the watch and cologne "shilling"? We're too powerful. You lose.
I think I know but not going to say. What if it’s a color instead of a name ?
>>18731866>India superpower saaaaaaaaar!
Old spice too lmao
I’m so bored these post make no sense. Don’t kill the messenger because they found a new hobby. Tell him til death do we part Mr

>can't get used to gourmands but wish I did>am a fan of citrusWould this be a good compromise?
rec me a good sandalwood based scent
today I bought an eau de parfum, sprayed in my car to try it out, left the bottle in my car where it got really hot. is my new fragrance fucked? possibly evaporated some of the ingredients? what do I do or am I just autistic?
>>18732394could be... a couple of my frags lost their magic during june's heat wavebut I feel like there's an easier way to find out than asking us
I keep buying samples online because I'm too lazy and autistic to go outside and try them in the store, any idea where to store the tiny bottles?
>>18732465Nigga notino sells samples of a lot of these for 5 euro per 5 or 6.Are you retarded paying 6 euro for 2 ml of tdh?
>>18732467Doesn't ship to my country
I spray myself down with Night Lure. Night Lure: Attract Your Prey
I tried on Another 13... and I liked it
Lattafa Khamrah has been on my wrist for 4 days now, I took 3 showers until then and I can still smell it.I wanted it to go away so I could try another sample. How is something so cheap so strong wtf?
>>18731788It smells more specifically like the campfire after you extinguish it with water. Very dusty, vanillic and nutty. Best Guiaiac wood scent ive ever smelled.
>>18726296I'm glad other people like it, but I just can't get into it, has a bit of a fly spray smell to me.
Sucks that the performance on Pacific Rock Moss is apparently so shitty, I really like it, enough to potentially drop some big dosh on it too. No matter how much I like Silky Woods, though (even more than Pacific Rock Moss) I can't justify spending that many clams on a fragrance.
>>18733179It doesn’t smell like pineapple to me. It smells nice, to it but no matter how hard I try, it’s just a high end hotel handwash
>>18732389I like Tam Dao but you probably won’t if you don’t like incensy, temple-ish stuff
>>18733202I've never smelled any of the weird shit you guys describe when I'm out in the world. Some of them sound very aggressive.
>>18733206You’re not autistic enough
Am I doing this right
I love it but most women don't like it.What to do, bros?
>>18733689More of an Old Money guy myself
>>18733707I don't believe in that 'old money' bullshit. It's dumb enough with clothes. You can't associate aromas with it. But I'm always looking for new ones to smell and I'd never heard of any of those and some looked interesting based on the descriptions. I threw forty bucks at these ones. I've yet to find a sample that I thought was so good I would pay over a hundred dollars for more. And a lot of these are like $150 for a whole small bottle. I just like variety as with everything. Can't just have one watch, can't just have one scent. I wish I could latch on to one of something and not need more. I like it in theory. But I'd be missing out on variety, the spice of life. Never even heard of 'vetiver' before.
Fecal barnyard-like, animalic, pissy and peppery woody oud is all what you need.
I bought Afnan Supremacy Collector's edition and Im loving it10/10 recommend my mom told me I stunk up our home when I returned from the mall aftwe having 1 sprayed just once on the back of my hand
Cologne and perfume
Heard it's really powerful. I like that. Might have to get some.
>>18726921it was Byredo Mojave Ghost I think, the brand definitely matched the bottle>>18732465>>18732467notino for some reason sent 7 ml miniature of Spicebomb for 1 euros, ordered two lol. Their pricing is very predatory but 5 samples for 5 bucks is very good, even though it's mostly just designers>>18733707wanting to be old money while clearly not is currently trending, on the streets of Mumbai
This thread is outlasting them all. Will post my new samples when they arrive.

>>18738415Grey Vetiver is also off-putting. Does anyone have any experience with these scents? I'm glad I got samples.Anyone notice the "serious" fragrance faggots will not use this thread? Why? WTF?
>>18738415But the Armani Acqua di gio Profondo smells REALLY nice. I would consider buying a larger amount of it. That Versace Eros though... that's disgusting. Just sickly sweet. The first time I thought I liked it but now I can't stand it.
New to the world of Fragrance but I've noticed that as I spray them in the stores they just smell different. I mean spraying them on the paper. Tends to be much more generic smell. Makes it a little harder to determine how good it truly is.
>>18738796You’re probably going nose blind from how many scents there are in the air at any time. Sampling at the store is a good start, but buy a decant after initial intrigue to get to know it for what it truly is. A few wears on skin and clothes before dedicating to a whole bottle.
