>Don't consume any dairy & eggs
>Avoid refined sugar
>Increase zinc, vitamin D,C and omega-3 intake
>Get perfect skin
I'm saying this as someone who used Accutane for acne and successfully got rid of it, but after stopping Accutane, experienced breakouts, oily skin, and even dandruff (scalp and face). I currently wash my face with just water once a day; I don't use shampoo or soap. I have neither dandruff on my scalp nor a gram of sebum on my face. If you also have oily skin or dandruff problems, try an elimination diet. Specifically, try to eliminate eggs and dairy products from your diet for at least a month. You will notice your skin improving. I tried everything topically: H&S, Nizoral, T-Gel, Vichy Dercos anti-dandruff shampoo, water-based moisturizers, etc. None of them worked; in fact, anti-dandruff shampoos made my scalp even worse.

I believe you but
>Don't consume any dairy & eggs
No thanks, I'm white

Eggs are totally fine. Sugar is fine up to a point. Milk should be avoided only because of the hormones and chemicals added to it.

I get dairy, but what do eggs have to do with race?

Meanwhile, chad consumes dairy products by the truckload, eats sweets, drinks beer and smokes like a chimney, washes his face with bar soap and has skin as smooth as a baby’s bottom.

It’s genetics.

genetics might dictate that cutting dairy, eggs, refined sugar, all of it, might help reduce the breakouts. MIGHT be worth a try.. I tried. I was a strict vegan while having the worst acne. It did not help. Truth is, if the facial hair follicle is extending at the wrong angle 'cause of your fucking face shape, it's gonna wrap inwards and depending on how much God hates you, it will get infected and stay a problem. It's like getting a splinter stuck in you, except the splinter doesn't have an entrance wound to release pressure from, and the splinter is growing inside your face throughout the day.

>muh rage against cows n chikken
i have skin eczema. only things that seem to work was salmon fish oil(expensive in long run), and eating meat salads everyday. meat everyday is doable esp with a big freezer. but fresh veggies is kinda expensive unless you grow your own in the rurals.

also moisturisers and moisturising soaps are underrated.

nothing I just copied the whole line

Consumption of dairy and refined sugars is indeed correlated strongly with adult acne, but eggs, not so much. Eggs have always been a natural diet of homo sapiens, even before agriculture we would eat found eggs.

The smarter approach is to do an elimination diet where you quit each for a month or two and then decide if it's a trigger based on the results. I definitely break out after dairy, despite being lactose tolerant, and refined sugar to a lesser degree, but eggs are fine.

OP is wrong
its purely stress related
an unstressed man eating trash will be healthier every time to a stressed man eating perfectly curated michelin meals
