me tooliterally find other things to do with yr time. if u catch yrself scrolling do something like watch a movie, read a book, go outside, do 10 jumping jacks, whatever floats yr boat. delete yr ssense(etc) account also at this point u should have some idea of what you actually like. don't buy anything outside of the framework u already use/what u know u feel comfortable in. no risky color choices or whatever u think yr perfect fantasy self needs. keep it simple rn until u have some self control
