Yes. If you can't look effay in a uniform, you're ugly. Uniforms are like suits. Whether you look good in them depends on your looks and the way you carry yourself. You can't use fashion as a crutch to compensate for your weaknesses. Either you get fit and act right, or you'll fail to pull off a uniform.

LOL I just love the vibe of the 2 women close to the mirror. They look like they could be characters in a fictional world or something. The one making the face would be the crazy and goofy wild main character but who is still able to dress well and she can be competent and serious when she needs to but rarely. And then the one directly next to her could sort of be the straight (wo)man who just sort of puts up with her crazy friend but at the same time does genuinely care about her. The goofy woman helps the serious woman lighten up a bit and the serious woman helps keep the goofy woman more grounded.
